چکیده
In this work the effect of aspirin on stability rat blood erythrocyte membranes was studied, using acidic hemolysis method. Hemolysis rate erythrocytes shown to depend preservation time suspension. With increasing original value optic density suspension decreases and reduces. It also that in presence membrane low-stable increases, moreover, duration enhances, while leads decreasing both high-stable enhanced-stable rats.
